Q: What is payment on hold in Guest Ledger Report and what is the cause of having some folios under payment on hold?
Answer :
Payment on hold is those Folio for which settlement is not fully done.
Cause can be either the user might have done some changes in the rate, added/voided extra charges or added/voided a payment
For you to check the details, you need to search that folio and check the transaction
