Q: Why is the room rate on frontdesk not same as on the confirmation voucher received from OTAs?


Answer: 


Most of the time it occurred that a user has made some changes in the room as follows: 


1.Change rate after the booking was transferred. Please check the audit trail inside the room to see if there are any changes made.

2. User changed the rate type, check the audit trail inside the room.




3. User changed the no.of adults (PAX). When the user changes the no.of adult, the system will capture the predefined rate. It is necessary for the user to make sure that the rate is left same when an adult is changed.

4. Room move was done and “apply new tariff” was ticked
