Q: Make the profile that you want to keep as master and click on “Merge Profile”
Solution:
In eZee Frontdesk >> Front Office >> Guest Database >> Check Mark Profiles from the list which you want to merge >> Click on Options >> Select Merge Profile
When you merge profile, there will be a profile which will master profile in which second profile will merge.
Refer below screenshot to make a master profile.
Once you click on Merge Profiles it will merge profiles of all the selected guests to one master Guest, and this process is not reversible. You can confirm and click on Yes/No.
