In eZee Frontdesk, When we click on Check In button/Check out Button System is showing below screenshot message & Asking for Reason/Remark when we select None.
Cause :
This window is popping because In eZee Frontdesk Configuration >> Advance Settings >> Rental >> Activate Early Check In / Late Check out Slab is Enable.
When Activate Early Check In / Late Check out Slab is Enable and someone try to check in guest before Early Check in and Late Check Out time which you have set under Configuration System will pop up below message.
Solution :
So, Either you can select Half Tarrif to charge this guest for Early Check In / Late Check out,
or you can select Full Tarrif to charge this guest for Early Check In / Late Check out,
or you can select Manual Tarrif and add charge which you want charge this guest for Early Check In / Late Check out.
