To import of third party Future Reservation/Booking in eZee front desk You need to fill booking structure which is in.CSV format to import Future reservation.
Following details are mandatory to fill in booking structure. Find the attached file.
- First Name
- Last Name
- Room
- Room Type
- Arrival
- Departure
- Room Revenue for stay
- Total Revenue for stay
Following points needs be considered while importing reservation.
- Date format should be dd/mm/yyyy.
- Booking should not be duplicated.
After filling Booking structure Run the attached reservation importing tool in eZee Folder. Please refer screenshot for detail instruction.
