If you came across below error regarding the booking not transferred to PMS or not able to open the reservation.



Solution: You need to open that booking in eZee Reservation and check in the general information tab that whether any special                         character used?

                    If it's there then remove it and update the information.

                    Secondly, If the Name is correct then check the address formation. Whether the address is correctly formed or not("\" is                         not correct. It should be "/").

                     Then you can restart the eZee Front desk and you will be able to retrieve those bookings.


Note: (If the problem is with only 1 booking still it will not allow rest of the other bookings to be transferred to PMS and other booking will be in queue.)
