In order to enter Deposit amount, you need to have deposit option configured. 


Please follow the below steps for the same and refer below screenshots:


1) Extra charge: Create an extra charge with the receivable option selected.



2) Deposit option under Configuration.



3)  “Deposit” checkbox will show under “Payment Detail”
