There could be several reasons for rooms not being shown in the frontend.

1. Check if have complete user rights for room views and have privilege to view rooms.

2. Check if you have collected complete license for number of rooms configured in software. If your have less number license for rooms, you will not be see extra rooms configured in backend.

3. Check your windows system date, if your system date is way behind software start date, software will not show those rooms. Your system date should be current date.
