Yes, It is possible to create two separate invoices for room tariff & extra charges in a same room. In order to create two separate invoices for same room,


Step 1. Create two separate folios for Guest in same room.



Step 2: Assign extra charges to New Folio and Save it.



Step3: Once new folio is saved, both folios can be noticed in folio summary tab. Once guest is checkedout, two seperate invoice will be generated and it can printed from room window as shown in below image:
