How to configure Meal plan with:
1)   Meal plan must be included in room tariff
2)   Meal plan rate bifurcation must be shown on invoice and room

Let's configure Meal plan:
1)  Create Extra charges
2)  Create Meal plan caption and map them with extra charges
3)  Map Meal plan with rate type
4)  Activate an option to post-meal plan separately but still meal plan rate would be included in Tariff.
    And bifurcation would be available on the invoice.
