Query :Error message "Invalid Printer Specified" is coming in eZee Frontdesk 

Cause :

This message is coming because your specified printer is wrong in eZee Frontdesk Configuration

Solution :

Steps to follow :

1) Click on Start >> Goto Device and Printer and Check which printer is set as default and is this same printer you are using for printing receipt

2) Is test Print is coming or not by Right Click on Printer>> Printer Properties >> Print Test Page

If test print is not coming when click on Print Test Page, Please chekc with your engineer or Check weather Printer attached properly or not.

3) Open eZee Frontdesk and Click on eZee Logo >> General Settings >> Check Printer is set there or not.
