Yes, It is possible to change caption for booking engine for eg. If i want to change 12 Villas left instead of 12 Rooms left. (Refer below attach screen shot for reference)
For that follow the below provided steps and screen shots for your reference.
1) Select Localization >> Display Label
2) Select Booking Engine for Update caption and Room Details for Module
3) Click on Load module and change caption on custom language as per display below.
