Now, let's see How we can send birthday wishes?
Step 1: Configure birthday template that can be sent via Email/SMS.
Path: Login into eZee Frontdesk Configuration >> Configuration (Tab) >> Letter Template >> and Create the birthday template that will be sent to guest.
Step 2: Activate Birthday Wish.
Path: eZee Frontdesk Configuration >> Advance Settings >> Module >> under GRN >> Activate WISH GUEST .
Here, we are done with configuration.
Step 3: Search guest with specific Birthdates or Anniversary Date and send wish via email/SMS.
Path: Login into eZee Frontdesk>> under FrontOffice tab >> Guest Database >> Filter Guest with Birthdates >> Select those guests >> Go to Options >> Select "Wish birthday" >> Select SMS/Email and message will be sent to Guest.
