Go to eZee frontdesk >>Property setup >> Generate allocated rate & Define allocated rate.

Create period (years and months) for allocated rate in Generate allocated rate.

In Define allocated rate, we can set different tariff for various rate type. So you can sell room according to daily, monthly and yearly rate.
Please select allocated period for instance Day,Month,Year etc. After that, you have to click on get tariff and then set the amount or rate that you want to set in rate type.
