This requirement can be done with "Connected Rooms" feature in eZee FD. When you make Check In for one room and you "Select" room option (refer SS), two folio will be created for both the connected rooms and guest name will be same for both the rooms by which you make the guest checked In. Later on, you can change the guest name for other room.
Path: eZee Frontdesk Configuration >> Advance Settings >> Rental >> (Checkmark) Connected Rooms >> Save.
