Follow below mentioned Steps to remove OLD logs from the system
1. Take software backup from server machine.
2. Download and run Data-doctor Nextgenlog tool (http://www.ezeefrontdesk.com/download/eZeeFrontDeskTools/Datadoctor_NextGenLog.exe) on server machine.
3. Run Reset Version Tool.
4. Run the service pack again.
4. Start the software again and check it out if the same problem coming again.
Some times, after following this steps, when we start eZee Frontdesk system will throwing error message,
"Cant Create Nextgen_log_log.ldf file, because its already exists on below path
C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL.1\MSSQL\Data"
Follow below mentioned steps again
1. Remove Nextgen_Log.mdf and Nextgen_Log_log.ldf file in another folder.
2. Run Reset Version tool.
3. Start the eZee Software and it will working fine.
