Yes, It is possible to reset documents numbering and reset datewise prefix in eZee Frontdesk. In order to enable that setting, Please open eZee Configuration>>Advance Settings>>General>>Document Settings>>Advance Prefix Settings. Please refer below screen shot for more details.
Once these settings is enabled, you get document numbering in date prefix format and it will change sequence on daily basis. Alternatively you can also choose monthly or yearly depending on requirement.
