Follow the below steps if you are getting the crystal decision error in Nextgen 7.0
Step-1: Run CR redist first which is the basic dependency of Crystal report setup.

Step-2: Run the Regular CR setup file.

Step-3: IF steps 2 Giving problem in installation, Then give a right click on the CR setup and Repair it.
Check the Report, It will work for Sure.
