Whenever any client reports a concern regarding "low/wrong rate booking"


Steps to check:


1) The very first and primary thing we need to check is Deals and Monthly Rates with Extra Net Rate of specific Channel for which the rates are showing low/wrong rate booking

Compare this rates with extranet rates of the Channels.


- If rates in extranet rates of the Channel is showing different with "Deals>> Monthly Deals" Rates in eZee than check Update Log and Server Log as shown in below screenshot


Update logs and the Server logs.
