Requirement for eZee Call Center module:
1. All branches should be on the same network (with sharing database connection), that can be configured with the VPN connections
or that can be achieved with the static IP address, that can connect each branch on static IP address.
2. We have to install eZee iMenu monitor on Branch server as well as on the Call Center server machine, this will work as an interface between branch Burrp system and Call Center machine.
3. The Network should be stable for continuous ordering to locations.
