1) Open this path C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SQL Server
2) Open property of MSSQL.1 folder
3) Select Advance option in General TAB
4) Uncheck two options under "Compress or Encrypt attributes"
5) Check mark option "Allow file in this folder to have contents indexed in addition to file properties"
Also go through below troubleshooting steps:
1. Check C: drive space
2. Check SQL Server Backup folder Privilege
2.1Check privilege of the folder where we are taking database back up.
3. Check SQL server version
4. Take Auto Backup from eZee Application path.
if the steps which are provided above are correct and still you are facing the problem then follow the below-mentioned steps.
Step 1 : Look for the BACKUP folder in C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL.2 or MSSQL.1\MSSQL
Step 2:: If it's not there then create the folder manually and give the privilege of the backup folder to everyone and try to take the backup again.
