Yes, it is possible only if resolution of the monitor is : 800x600.
But, still if you wish to use eZee Burrp in full screen with higher resolution monitor then, we need to reduce the resolution of the screen manually to 800x600.
Note: In windows 8 and 8.1 pro, 800x600 resolution is not available.
