Steps need to follow while hanlding kind of queries:

1) Check the ezee.inf file to make sure, Sevrer IP or name is supplied correctly. Please refer below screenshot :

2) If ezee.inf file ok, then check the network connection and client PC connectivity to Server by ping to server ip from client PC. Please refer below screenshots:

If you are not sure of IP address or server machine name, then please follow this steps ON SERVER MACHINE.

RUN >> CMD >> ipconfig

3) How to Pint to Server: Ping [Server IP Address / Name] -t (Refer Below Screenshot)

4) After Ping to server if we get result similarly shown in a screenshot below then we can consider as Client and Server are connected with network.

5) But if we can response "Request Timed Out" then consider as Client and Server are not connected with each other.
