Please refer the below steps Before installing service pack:

1. Take Database Backup first from the server Machine.

2. Close all the eZee application from server/client terminals.

3. First, install this SP on your server Machine followed by client Terminal.

4. Once an installation is done then start eZee software on server machine & then on the client terminal.
