First of all to send emails or SMS to guest regarding offers we are supposed to maintain Guest’s Database and we can send Emails and SMS by following the below steps:

eZee Burrp Back-office>>Configuration>>Guest database>>Click on More>>Send SMS to selected guest/ Send Email to selected guest.
