Step-1: When this type error came, eZee software related file or folder turns to blue color (refer SS), That means the particular folder is COMPRESSED.

Step2: To overcome this we need to follow some simple steps as mentioned below
Right Click on the folder which is compressed >> go to properties >>general >> Advanced.. >> uncheck the compress option (refer SS) >> OK >> Apply >> OK and then restart the software.

Step3: When you Click on the Apply button and if you get the below error (refer SS)

(we are getting this error because the data related to software were processed somewhere else too, that is why we need to stop the SQL services First as mentioned in Step-4)

Step4: Go to services and Stop the SQL Server(EZEENEXTGEN) and then repeat the step-2.

Step-5: After following the step-2 restart the SQL Server (EZEENEXTGEN) Services (refer SS)

Step-6: That Particular folder will be displayed in default colour and then We are able to run the Software.
