Solution:

Change refresh interval

Please follow the below steps for changing refresh interval.

1. Go to eZee FrontDesk >>eZee Button >>General Setting

2. Click on Client/Server >>change “Refresh Interval” to 30 minutes

3. Go to eZee Configuration>>Advance Setting>>Display

You may choose to untick the ticker option OR change refresh interval to 30 minutes
