Solution:

 

Change Default Time Out Setting

 

Please follow the below steps for Changing Default Time Out Setting.

 

Step 1. Go to windows>>search button>>regedit



Step 2. Click on HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE 



Step 3. Click on SOFTWARE Folder


 

Step 3. If Windows is 64 bit OS in that case, you will find WOW6432Node and Click on Wow6432Node>>eZee, (Other wise directly go to step 4)



step 4.  Click on eZee Folder



Step 5. Click on eZeeNextGen 

 


Step 6. Click on DefaultTimeOut>>change the “value data” to 600. Click Ok to save it.

 



Note: Change Value Data to 3600 sec in the above-shown window.


Restart all eZee Application after changing value data.
