As per eZee's Licensing Policy, You are required to surrender the license before you format licensed machine for any reasons.
For license surrender process, you need to visit live chat support and explain that you would like to surrender your software license. Support executive will take your machine on remote and assist you further with surrender process.
Once your new system is ready, you can again visit live chat support and support team will assist you with license reinstatement process.
